Creating a multy-user cross-channel UX strategy
Camper needed to develop a strategy to fit different users needs through their sale channels to attract prospective clients into specific funnels.
To that end I analyzed prospective clients needs in different situations and scenarios, together with the inputs that led them react in a positive way to the brand, as well as to promote brand sales and recognition through digital channels, shops and communications.
